"The goal is complete representation of our PNW communities."
— Eric W. Pratt
A single father of two and lifelong District 24 resident, Eric Pratt understands the challenges families face — rising costs, housing, career availability, and the increasing chaos in our schools. Born in 1978 and raised in Port Townsend, he graduated from PTHS in 1997 before building homes and commercial spaces with some of the region's best contractors. In 2004 he began a two-decade career managing teams installing sports field surfaces across the country, all while keeping his roots firmly in Jefferson County. Eric has raised his two kids on their small homestead in Quilcene, tending chickens, geese, and a colony or two of honey bees. When the legislature is in session, you will find him in the gallery, weighing in at hearings, talking with legislators, and reconnecting citizens with the halls of Olympia.
For the better part of a decade Eric has studied the legislation affecting District 24 families. He believes the issues families face at their kitchen table should take precedence in Olympia — not set aside to make room for special interests. The governed are the source of all government power, and our communities are strongest when individuals have faith in themselves and their future.
Just like he's done for 20 years across our great nation, Eric is ready to roll up his sleeves, build a team, cultivate balanced representation, and bring real results from Olympia back to the 24th district.
Every policy decision should be measured against one question: does this make life better for District 24 families? Eric keeps that promise at the center of everything he does.
Government works best when it stays out of the way of hardworking people. Eric is committed to protecting individual rights and the freedoms that define Pacific Northwest life.
Eric will be accessible, transparent, and answerable to the people of this district — not party bosses or special interests. Balanced, local representation is the mission.
